MJ'sWorkbench

   A Husband, Father and now a Grampa I have learned to be a jack of all trades. If I could take it apart, I could put it back together. I have always looked at things and wondered how it was built or how I could make it better. From wood shop in high school, tinkering in my garage in SE Portland and to this day, woodworking has always been my passion.

   I am a US Army Veteran with 10 years of service. I have a background in painting, fence and deck construction and just all around handiness. I love working with my hands creating, building and finishing projects at my workbench. 

    My brand is twofold - tilt your head slightly to the right and you see "MJ", tilt your head slightly to the left and you will see the number "43". MJ is for Michael James - I had an Aunt that called me MJ and it always stuck in my head. 43 - add 4 and 3 together and you get "7", July 7th(7/7) is the day I married the love of my life and "7" is our favorite number.
